1.LUNGS
Breathing is the basis of life. A person is breathing an average of 22,000 times a day. The lungs function as a factory that separates the polluted air and sends the oxygen in it to the bloodstream and expels the carbon dioxide from the body. The name for this important function is gas exchange.
Lungs are the one of the most important organs in the body. Keeping the lungs healthy can help prevent infections and prevent blood clots. The lungs are still a bulwark against various ailments in the body.
2.DISEASES
The infectious germs in the air we breathe, ie viruses and fungal bacteria, all enter the lungs through the nose and invade the lungs. Human suffering from an infectious disease is the starting point. We can easily escape from minor infections if we keep our lungs strong so that they are not infected by germs.

Today the corona infection is causing a stir around the world. Everyone is advised to wear a mask to protect themselves from it. The purpose of wearing a face mask is to filter out airborne contaminants and germs and send them inside for better ventilation. The risk of lung infection decreases when air is sent to the filter. In addition, the body's immune system is enhanced by consuming herbal drinks such as kapasurak drinking water, Kalamegha decoction. Even a corona infection can have a life-threatening effect on some people. The reason for all this is how strong their lungs are. Therefore, if we make the body immune we can protect ourselves from infections.
7.COUGH
Cough is usually the first sign of an infection. It starts as a normal dry cough, irritates the throat and in a few days turns into a mucus lump, which is the cause of this gradual change as the germs invade the lungs. The degree of damage to the lungs reveals to us each step.
8.WHAT IS VENTILATION
These germs usually clog the tiny air chambers in the lungs when the germs invade the lungs. This interferes with the removal of carbon dioxide from the air in the follicles. Therefore, carbon dioxide mixes with oxygen in the blood, causing the blood to decompose, causes physical fatigue, body aches and other problems. Shortness of breath with water in the follicles causes difficulty in breathing, which manifests as shortness of breath, a condition in which artificial respiration called a ventilator is required.
Death can also occur if a lung infection causes irreparable damage. So, keep the lungs, breathing exercises, lung cleansing naturally strong. Doing Padmasana, Siddhasana, Yoga Mudra, Pranayama etc. will naturally strengthen the lungs and revive the affected lungs.
