What to look out for when buying Vegetables

 



1.FRESH VEGETABLES

Vegetables are miracles that help keep our body healthy. The great art is to look at and buy the vegetables we use for cooking. You can look at any vegetable and know how to buy it. Vegetables should be bought fresh and in good condition. Usually tender vegetables are suitable for cooking. Mango, coconut, banana are the exception.

2.RAW MANGO

10.RIDGE GOURD

throughout the piece without being plump. The lower veins are thickened and the upper veins bulge If white spots and stalk dry means matured.

11.BROAD BEANS
