While we are laughing with white teeth which builds up beauty to our smile,here are some tips to protect your teeth:
Drinking water often,which enables to kill the bacteria from your mouth, and there is no bad smell from your mouth.
Brush your teeth twice a day, no aggressive brushing which causes damage to your gums.
People should brush using small circular motions, taking care to brush the front, back, and top of every tooth. This process takes between 2 and 3 minutes.
Clean your tongue. Use a soft toothbrush or a special tongue-cleaning tool to regularly clean the surface of your tongue and remove bacteria that can cause bad breath.

Try to avoid eating sweets before you go to bed.

After brushing your teeth, give a smooth massage to your gums, which strengthen your gums.
Young kids have to take vegetables, greens and fruits,which enhance their teeth to grow well.
Always chew your food well. what are the green vegetables, greens can take raw you can chew them well which helps you to get the strong teeth and it protects you to getting dental caries.
