VEGETABLE SABUTHANA
INGREDIENTS:
Sago - 250 gm
Capsicum- 1 cup (chopped into small pieces)
Large Onion -2 (Chopped into small pieces)
Roasted Peanut Powder,grated Carrot (each 1 cup)
Mustard - One teaspoon Fried gram - 2 tsp
Chopped ginger,Caraway and coriander leaves - little
Ghee - 100 gm
Lemon juice - 2 tbs
required amount of salt.
Method:
Pour the water to soak for half an hour until the Sago is submerged.
Put little ghee in the pan and season with mustard, ginger, Fried gram,
chopped onion, grated carrot and Capsicum add soaked Sago,salt,

INGREDIENTS:
Finely chopped carrot and Capsicum each a cup
Potato, Eggplant each - 1 (chopped)
Toor - a cup
Green chillies - 2
Shredded coconut - a cup
Mustard, Urad dal and Cumin each- a teaspoon
Turmeric, a pinch
Curry leaves Asafotida - little
Oil and Salt required amount
Boil all the carrot Potatoes,Capsicum Eggplant with salt and turmeric.
Boil the Toor in the cooker as fine. Add the grated coconut and green chili,
cumin and grind and mix with the steamed vegetables. season with
mustard,Black gram, Asafodita and add vegetable mixture and Toor boil
it and add the curry leaves.
Tip: It tastes great when mixed with ghee in hot sauce and eaten. Waffle is the best combination for this.

WAFFLE BROTH
INGREDIENTS:
Tamarind - one large gooseberry size
Waffle small - 2
Sambar powder 3 tbsp
Mustard, Dill, Peanuts per tsp
A Litttle bit of Curry leaves
Oil 4 tsp
Salt required
Recipe:
Dissolve the tamarind well.Pour the oil in the pan and add Mustard,
Bengal gram dal, Dill and add the broken Waffle,add Sambar powder
and fry, add Tamarind water, Salt and bring to a boil. Then add the
curry
leaves.
TAMARIND PONGAL
INGREDIENTS:
Crushed rice - 200 g
Tamarind - 100 g
Dried chillies - Two
Mustard seeds, Bengal gram Dal, turmeric Half a teaspoon
Asafodita,Curry leaves -little
Oil 100 ml
Salt required amount.
Recipe:
Take four parts water to one part crushed rice and dissolve tamarind and strain it, add the crushed rice with dissolved Tamarind water, put the oil in the pan and Saute with mustard seeds, dried chilies,Bengal gram dal, Turmeric powder Asafodita powder, Curry leaves and crushed Rice mixture, add Salt and cook till 5 whistles.
Note: Waffle is the best combination for this.
