1.KIDNEY ANATOMY                      

  The kidneys do an important job of flushing out the toxins in our body and keeping the body healthy. It is said that 9 out of 10,000 people in India have kidney disease, Ministry of Health. The news is that many people are unaware that they have kidney damage.

  It is only as the disease progresses that they realize they have a kidney problem. This, should not be allowed to grow. If it grows like that, you will have to undergo many major treatments such as dialysis and kidney transplant surgery. No problem suddenly arises in our body.

  If you do not sleep one day, you will not be able to work actively the next day. Similarly, if you are not able to focus on the work you do or if you experience pain, itching, or stress, immediately consider the information your body sends you. 2.WHAT IS THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF BAD BREATH?

  Urea levels are high when the kidneys are not functioning properly. This will turn the breath into bad odor. Healthy kidneys remove waste products and fluids from the body. They also help build red blood cells. They also keep the right amount of minerals in the body.

  Itchy and dry skin indicates that the kidneys are failing to maintain a proper balance of minerals and nutrients, which can lead to bone and kidney disease. This will cause our mouth to stink. When waste develops up in the blood, it changes the taste of the food and leaves a metallic taste in your mouth. Bad breath is a sign of high toxins and contamination in the blood if you have it.


3.WHAT CAUSES INSOMNIA?

A notable feature of this is that the swellings first start on the face and start to touch the eyelids and become very apparent especially in the morning. Swelling of the face is a sign of kidney failure. But  swellings are not the symptoms.

  Even well-functioning kidneys can cause inflammation, which can lead to kidney failure. For some, the swelling may go away. But the kidneys are ruined to the extent indicated. When the function of the kidneys decreases, the body accumulates more wastes.

  This can cause more rashes on the skin. If there is a disorder in the kidneys they do not remove excess fluid from the body. This leads to sodium retention which causes swelling in your ankles, legs and arms. Inflammation of the lower parts of the body can also lead to heart and liver disease or leg nerve problems.

6.ANEMIA   

  Illness, initial pain, and attention deficit disorder are common symptoms in people with anemia. Symptoms like these can start when a person has a  kidney disease. If anemia not be cured with common treatments, kidney failure can be confirmed. The kidneys secrete a hormone called erithropoietin. It helps carry oxygen and red blood cells. When the kidneys are affected, the level of the hormone erythropoietin decreases. This decreases the amount of red blood cells that carry oxygen. This is what causes fatigue and anemia.


7.WHAT IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF HYPERTENSION? 

  It is common for people with kidney failure to develop high blood pressure or hypertension. If it occurs at a young age, i.e. under the age of 35, or if high blood pressure is confirmed by a doctor, it may be due to kidney problems.

8.WHAT CAUSES SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND BACK PAIN?

  Back pain is more common in people with polycystic ovary syndrome. Still others experience pain near the kidneys. Very few people know this symptom. Lower back pain, body aches, itching and cramps in the legs are usually happen of kidney disease. Stunting and short stature and flexion of the leg bones are all symptoms that can occur when children with kidney disease. Shortness of breath is caused by decrease in the amount of red blood cells and the retention of ray fluid in the intestine.

9.WHAT FOODS ARE GOOD FOR KIDNEY REPAIR? 

Drink tea in the morning, it is good to make tea with herbs like Garbage mani leaf basil which helps to cleanse the kidneys and improve the health of the kidneys.
