FLAVORS



Healthy body needs 7 types of minerals. These minerals can be obtained through six flavors. The six flavors are Sweet, Bitter, Astringent, Sour, Pungent and Salty. Every taste has every quality. The presence of six flavors is hailed as a balanced diet. That’s why all six flavors are served at banquets.

The six tastes that give the body the seven minerals are the nature of the Panchaputras. Let us know what flavors can get any energy.


1.SWEET DESSERT

  Sweetness will create an upbeat mood as soon as it touches the tongue. It gives strength to the body and happiness to the mind. Excitement, if moderate, Too much can causes recession. Sweets are celebrated as a sign of a warm welcome. so the good news is that there is a tradition of sharing sweets.


White sugar does not give energy to the body and is dangerous. Palm jaggery, Natural sugar, Honey and Fruits give sweet energy. Too much sugar can lead to more diseases later on. Therefore, it is better to give children moderate amounts of sweets, but don't avoid sweets at all. Sweet taste that helps in muscle growth.


Increased sweetness in the body can lead to obesity, Indigestion, Syphilis,
Inflammation of the larynx, Lung diseases and Diabetes. Decreased sweetness
increases bile. Urinary tract infections,Itching, etc. can occur.


2.BITTER TASTE

Kids excited to see the dessert, but they will run away if they see the taste of
bitterness. The bitter taste is known to be the most beneficial of the six flavors.

Bitterness acts as an excellent immunity, controls the feeling of thirst, strengthens the nerves, relieves fever, cleanses the blood, protects the body from irritation and itching. Gives cooling to the body.


Bitterness has the power to break down any toxins. The nature of the body

changes to such an extent that the snake bites those who eat too much bitterness

and the venom does nothing. At the same time, if there is any diease in the
body and there is medicine for that disease, the dosage of the drug will be broken.

Decreased bitter taste can lead to blood-borne diseases. Recent research has shown that people who eat bitter foods are more likely to become mentally ill, if So it is good to be in moderation. 


If there is too much for the sake of beneficial taste can lead to impotence, Flatulence, Dehydration, Aging, and often fainting. Excessive bitter taste can lead to loss of Consciousness.

3.ASTRINGENT

Astringent has the power to multiply blood cells. The most undesirable taste next to bitterness. But more beneficial. Pomegranate, Mango, Turmeric, Beans, Figs, etc. have an abundance of Astringent taste. 


   Astringent has the power to relieve Constipation. That is why our ancestors used to chew betel leaf and betel nut after eating.


The astringent taste helps to flush out the unwanted water that has accumulated in the body and dissolve the salt deposits that have accumulated in the kidneys. The astringent taste also has the ability to soothe the bile, strengthen the nerves, build up immunity, and prevent the body from being endangered by other flavorings.


Increased astringent taste decreases masculinity, aging occurs at a young age, and anemia occurs when body weight decreases.



4.SOUR TASTE

  Sour taste is good for digestion, stimulates appetite and strengthens the heart.

Sour flour contains a lot of easily digestible enzymes. Garcinia Cambogia reduces Arthritis, heals heat problem and dissolves unwanted fat in the body. But the Tamarind we use now is memory loss, hair loss, sperm loss, and obesity.


Roselle, Lemon, Buttermilk, Yogurt, Tamarind,Garcinia Cambogia, Mango and Pineapple are naturally sour. Regular consumption of sour foods will increase body fat.


5.PUNGENT

It increases the feeling of hunger, regulates digestion, expels unwanted water from

the body, relaxes the body, controls skin diseases,gives strength to the body and

kills intestinal worms.

Excess of Pungent can cause body irritation, increase body heat, cause intestinal
ulcers, cause weakness in the body, cause unnecessary pain in the hips, and cause
impotence.So it is better to reduce the chilli taste as much as possible.


Pepper's pungent is beneficial. Pepper has the power to eliminate food poisoning. Pepper has the property of relieving bile, Piles, Cough, Acid peptic disease and Flatulence.


Pepper, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli and Mustard are high in Pungent. The amount

of Pungent should add in moderate. It is not good to avoid the Pungent at all. If Pungent is not included in the diet, worms will increase and skin diseases, Colds, Coughs and Asthma will increase.

6.SALT TASTE

 The proverb is that unsalted goods are in the trash. It can be referred to as the king of flavors. Salt has the power to enhance the taste of large quantities but taste will increaase if in moderation, and to increase the secretion of saliva.


Gained the power to balance the other five flavors. It also plays an important role in

digestion and in the development of bone marrow. Moderate salt can control blood

pressure, high salt can increase blood pressure, increase body temperature and

cause small lumps and pimples, it can dilute the blood, increase bile and cause

problems such as Graying and Hair loss. Muscle cramps occur when salt is low.

Muscle relaxation, Dizziness will come.

 

Spinach stalk, Banana stem, Radishes, Pumpkins, Zucchini and Ridge gourd are

richin salt. In summer, when you sweat a lot, you lose a lot of salt, so you need to
take more of these vegetables to correct it. Adding less salt in the winter and a little
more in the summer will help keep us healthy.


The organs in our body are the kidneys and the Bladder is Salty in nature, so if too

much Salt is in the body the Kidneys are affected. Too much Pungent affects the
Lungs and Colon and too much Sour affects the Liver and too much Bitterness
affects the Heart and Pancreas. Too much Sugar affects the Spleen and Stomach. 


So, make sure that the flavors in the diet are in equal proportions, if you choose

food, you can live with good health.
