RAINY SEASON DISEASES AND HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEM

The rainy season can be said to be the best time of the year for all diseases. When the rainy season comes, the common cold and fever start and various diseases like sinus, Malaria and Dengue start invading.

  Regardless of the seasons, the food we eat can protect the body from disease as much as possible. Each dish will be suitable for each season. Know what foods are suitable for the rainy season and take more of those foods.



1.WATER RICH VEGETABLES

6.TYPHOID SYMPTOMS

Every day the fever gradually increases, the appetite decreases, and nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain harass. There are a number of modern medicines to cure physical exhaustion and fever. 7. DIARRHEA SYMPTOMS

Diarrhea is caused by bacteria and viruses that spread to us through contaminated water and food, causing vomiting, diarrhea, and cholera. Flies and ants spread germs. In case these patients are at high risk of dehydration due to excessive water loss, therefore, clean drinking water, saline solution, water should be drunk frequently or saline should be infused only then the risk of dehydration will be eliminated. 8.MALARIA SYMPTOMS

Malaria is one of the diseases caused by mosquitoes. Spreads heavily during the rainy season. Symptoms include fever, shivering, muscle aches, and fatigue. The environment should be kept clean to prevent malaria. It is important to take care that water does not stagnate around the house. 

Drink equal amount of basil juice and ginger juice mixed with honey. If you drink it three times a day for three days, malaria will be cured.  Take a handful of vallarai,(Indian pennywort) tulsi and pepper and grind them and make them into small balls, then dry them and eat one for people with fever to cure malaria.


9.DENGUE FEVER

Dengue fever is caused by mosquitoes. Fever, joint pain, psoriasis appear on the body. The virus is transmitted by a type of mosquito called 'Aedes aegypti' which can develop in fresh water. Aedes mosquitoes survive for more than three weeks. Biting only during daylight hours. They are also called 'tiger mosquitoes' because they have a body structure with black and white spots on the body and legs.

 

Fever, fatigue, body aches, vomiting, abdominal pain, back pain, and bone pain are the main symptoms of dengue fever. Normally the number of blood platelets per person is around three lakhs. The number of cases of dengue fever can be reduced to less than 20,000. Papaya leaf juice keeps the number of these platelets  from decreasing.

 

10.CHIKUNGUNYA  

  Chikungunya infection can cause symptoms such as fever, joint pain, swelling of the limbs, itching, fatigue, and nausea. Damage to the eyes in some people. There are chances of serious symptoms like heart problem. Contact a hospital immediately if any of these symptoms occur. Avoid dehydration to avoid Chikungunya infections. Drink plenty of water and eat water-rich fruits such as fruit juices. If detected at an early stage, the disease can be completely cured with turmeric, juniper, ginger, basil and sunflower seeds.

 

11.RAT FEVER

 Rat Fever During the season when water stagnates in the streets, rats, bandicoots, etc. pass through the water, and then their urine is mixed with it, and if the waste contains a germ called 'Leptospira', the rat fever comes. The main symptoms are severe fever, unbearable headache, body aches, jaundice, bleeding in the eyes, and bleeding in the urethra and stool. Wearing ankle-length sandals while walking on the streets and washing your feet with lukewarm water when you get home can help prevent this disease. More important than this is to avoid bathing in pool water.



12.EYE DISEASE

  Eye disease is more prevalent during the rainy season. The adenovirus virus infects the area of ​​the eye called the 'conjunctiva' which causes redness of the eye. Thus. Sometimes the tears just keep flowing. Adenovirus can easily spread to others. The disease can last up to a week or ten days. After that the damage will heal automatically.
