TRAVELLING COMPANION

Gone are the days when life was meant to be lived, The Time has come for life to be run.  The wheel that is tied to the foot when you wake up in the morning its peeled off only at night we do not understand why? what we only do the work?.

  Our ancestors lived life without doing any kind of work?  Like us they went to work at dawn and returned home in the evening, they looked at work and life equally and enjoyed  life and lived by themselves in good physical health, the way of how to live life on was perfect.

  But the way of life we live today is right or wrong think for yourself and make a decision. They have never seen a disease in life, but today diseases travel with us as a travelling companion the reason for this is the lack of interest in the food we eat, lack of concern about the body,  with the sole aim of making money is the reason for this and forget to think how to live life.

 Let's Explore what are the diseases that come to us as a result of the life style we live, Obesity, Diabetes,Heart disease and Lung disease,Cancer such are the increasing diseases of the modern lifestyle. 

OBESITY

  Why obesity is occurred ? By a lack of physical activity, we are responsible for the decrease in physical activity. In the middle of the work done in the front of the computer not even Time to get up and walk, we get the fat from the food that we eat goes in other parts of the body along with the  little by little one day will reach the stage of obesity.

Solution:

  Avoid eating oily foods and cool drinks, instead of taking vegetables, fruits greens, nuts in the diet.

HEART DISEASE

  Obesity continues to affect middle-aged people by the amount of high cholesterol in the body the reason for this is to eat hotels may taste in restaurants, the color of the food in a way that catches the eye but will only cause harm to the body.  Addicted to the taste of the Tongue we forget to protect the heart.

Solution:

  Regular Exercise is essential to protect the heart, cut down on Salt, Sour,Hot and Spicy food in your diet to protect your heart.




DIABETES

  This disease first occurred in people past the age of forty but as it is now affects people of all ages without discrimination. The reason for this increase is the lack of balanced eating habits.

Solution:

  Medication should be taken according to the Doctor's advice and eating a balanced diet can help control your blood sugar level.

LUNG DAMAGE

  Smoking is the leading cause of lung damage not only do you smoke but you also cause disease to people around you.  Do not forget if there is lung damage, the breathe will go without cleaning.

CANCER

  Mentioned above all the  diseases,the most deadly disease is Cancer many organs are affected by Cancer.

Solution:

  To prevent this disease first eat nutritious vegetables, greens and nuts. Boost the body's immune system. Do not eat eye catching food. Take a healthy diet for the body.
